Propeller Coffee

Context

Ace Espresso from Propeller Coffee is crafted as a versatile espresso blend. The roaster identifies berry and caramel notes alongside floral characteristics—a profile that suggests layers of fruit-forward sweetness balanced with aromatic complexity. This combination of berries and caramel typically indicates the roaster has emphasized sweetness and body, while the floral accent adds a delicate, aromatic dimension to the cup. Such blended espressos are designed for consistency across milk and straight shots alike, with the interplay between fruit, sweetness, and floral notes working to create depth without overwhelming bitterness.
