One More Thing: In 2003, this was Blend 2. It was probably a little too vibrant for its own good back then, but we stayed the course, the community leaned in, and a classic was born. Now it’s known as Reservoir, after the Surry Hills street where we’re still pulling shots. Its bright East African fruit notes have finally found their era. Structured, versatile, and our signature for good reason.
