Industry Beans was founded by brothers Trevor and Steve Simmons, who opened their original Fitzroy location in 2013 as a combined coffee roastery, café, and brew bar. Each café is designed with its local community in mind, resulting in distinct spaces that nonetheless maintain a consistent standard of coffee quality, brunch offerings, and service.
