Pink Bourbon
Coffea arabica (Bourbon selection)

Pink Bourbon, which ripens to a distinctive pink cherry, became a sought-after specialty variety in Colombia's Huila and Nariño in the 2010s. Long assumed to be a cross of Red and Yellow Bourbon, recent genetic work suggests it is actually of Ethiopian-landrace origin rather than a true Bourbon — a reminder of how trade names can outrun genetics. Regardless of lineage, it is prized for intensely floral, sweet, complex cups and now commands premium prices.
