Washed
Pearl Drops
Roasted by Dayglow
Washed Geisha from Bolivia with florals, lemon blossom, and white tea notes.

From the roaster
A washed Geisha from the Los Rodriguez family in Bolivia, a lot from Finca Alasitas that we selected on our annual visit. Florals lead, then lemon blossom, with white tea on a long clean finish. Four years into working with this family now, and the washed Geishas are the ones we look forward to most each year.

Context
Pearl Drops from Dayglow showcases the Geisha varietal grown by the Los Rodriguez family in Bolivia. This washed-process coffee highlights the delicate, aromatic qualities the variety is prized for, with the roaster identifying florals, lemon blossom, and white tea in the cup. The combination of terroir and meticulous processing creates a profile leaning toward brightness and refinement rather than heavier fruit-forward notes common in natural-processed coffees.
