From the roaster

We have 3 different single-origin pouches that you no longer have to choose from!

Take Me Home - Costa Rica: We’ve had a partnership with the Solis brothers for over 10 years, and every year we’re blown away by the coffees they produce. Take Me Home is a light roast, with notes of toffee, marzipan, & vanilla.

Fresh Perspective - Ethiopia: We love a coffee from Ethiopia, and sure hope you do too. This coffee tastes like blueberry syrup, creamed honey & strawberry candy.  Fresh Perspective is a prime example of high-quality, natural-processed Ethiopian coffee.

Good Vibes - Brazil: We find Brazilian coffee to be the most approachable, crowd pleasing cup profile out there. Rich and full bodied with notes of hot cocoa, peanut butter, and dried cherry, this is one of the most popular pour ta options we have.

We’re incredibly proud of these! Produced by our friends Pour Ta Coffee in Laramie, Wyoming.

Greater Goods Coffee

Context

Greater Goods Coffee sources this pour-over offering from the Solis brothers in Costa Rica's Tarrazú region, where altitudes between 1235–1800 meters support a blend of Castillo, Caturra, and Colombia varietals. The fully washed and sun-dried processing highlights the coffees' inherent sweetness and clarity. The roaster identifies toffee, marzipan, and vanilla in the cup—a profile typical of washed Central American coffees that emphasize chocolate and nutty depth alongside floral or sweet undertones. These single-serve pouches offer convenience without sacrificing the care applied by both producer and roaster.
