We specifically source this coffee from farmers who agree to use no synthetic fertilizers, herbicides or pesticides on their lands. These communities are committed to sustainable farming and to the health of their families and employees. These coffees are then sent away for water process decaffeination, using only water and carbon filters to remove 99 percent of the caffeine.
