200 Degrees Coffee
200 Degrees Coffee is a Nottingham-founded roaster and café operator that has grown from a garage-based startup into a multi-site UK coffee business since 2012.

Founded in Nottingham in 2012, 200 Degrees Coffee began with three founders roasting in a garage and has since expanded into a sizeable UK operation. The company now runs coffee shops across the United Kingdom and roasts over 200 tonnes of coffee annually in a dedicated roast house. It sells directly to consumers online and manages a wholesale portfolio of more than 500 clients, ranging from independent cafés and high-end restaurants to university campuses and corporate offices. In addition to retail and wholesale, 200 Degrees supports coffee education through its barista training schools. The business is structured around four key pillars and is led by a team with backgrounds spanning commercial, property, operations, sales, and finance. The company has also partnered with East Midlands Railway to supply coffee in first-class carriages, reflecting its growing commercial reach beyond traditional café settings.
