The company imports green coffee through direct-trade relationships with Vietnamese farmers, including a fourth-generation family farmer in Vietnam's Central Highlands and a women-owned cooperative in Son La, then roasts in Brooklyn, New York. Nguyen Coffee Supply offers a range of single-origin and blended coffees, including Moxy (100% arabica), Loyalty (an arabica-robusta blend), and Truegrit (100% peaberry robusta), alongside traditional Vietnamese phin filter brew tools.
