Sightglass favors a warmer, more balanced roast style than the brightest Nordic roasters, emphasising sweetness and texture. Its strong design identity and hospitality made it a model for the experiential specialty café. The brand helped define San Francisco coffee culture alongside peers like Ritual and Four Barrel.
