Wolisho is another named Ethiopian landrace type frequently cited alongside Kurume in Yirgacheffe and Gedeo. Taller-growing with larger beans than Kurume, it tends to contribute body and rounded sweetness to the cup. The pairing of Wolisho and Kurume is increasingly used to give specialty buyers more precise identity within the 'heirloom' designation.
