Context
This espresso blend from 49th Parallel Coffee Roasters sources its beans from the Nariño region of Colombia, cultivated by Asociación Ecoterra SAS. The roaster has developed this expression to highlight a compelling balance of bright and sweet characteristics—citrus and fruity notes alongside honey and caramel undertones, with a delicate floral quality woven throughout. These tasting dimensions suggest a carefully calibrated roast designed for espresso's concentrated format, where such layered aromatics can unfold distinctly in the cup.
