Sourced from the San Carlos Estate in La Libertad, as well as the Estrela do Sul and Monte Carmelo regions, this coffee features the Red Bourbon varietal. The producers, Maria Aparecida Bartoloci and Ziberto De Jesus Macedo, utilize both washed and natural processing methods to highlight the character of the beans grown between 1100 and 1275 masl.
