Sourced from the La Celia / Estrela do Sul and Monte Carmelo regions of Brazil, this blend showcases a diverse genetic profile, incorporating Castillo, Bourbon, and Catuai varietals grown at elevations between 1100 and 1350 masl.

The complexity of this offering is further defined by the use of both washed and natural processing methods. While washed coffees are often celebrated for their clean, bright acidity, natural-processed coffees tend to show heavier fruit notes and increased body.
