This lot, roasted by Caravan Coffee Roasters, offers a complex profile characterized by mango, blackberry, and violet florals, balanced by a distinct orange wine acidity. While this specific offering is currently sold out, it serves as a compelling example of the diverse flavor profiles emerging from Peruvian coffee farming.
When evaluating coffees with such vibrant, fruit-forward characteristics, it is helpful to reference a flavor wheel to better categorize the nuances between stone fruit and berry notes.
