From the roaster
Huila is the center of gravity in Colombian coffee. It is home to more than 100,000 growers who produce more coffee than any other region, and more than its fair share of the country’s best coffees. Within Huila, San Agustín has emerged as our favorite growing area and the most reliable source of single-origin coffees. We have been working there since 2016 with the exporter In-Conexus and a small but growing number of smallholder farmers committed to producing lots of extraordinary quality, including this one from the Balceros farm of Miller Fabricio Hoyos, who is making his first appearance on our single-origin menu.
