La Colombe

Context

La Colombe sources this Nizza microlot from Lacador, a producer in Cerrado Minas, one of Brazil's most celebrated coffee regions. The natural processing method is characteristic of many coffees from this area, which tends to develop pronounced fruit-forward profiles and heavier body compared to washed preparations. This lot represents the kind of carefully selected, single-producer coffee that defines La Colombe's approach to sourcing and roasting. To explore the full sensory profile, reference the flavor wheel for detailed tasting descriptors.
