Izza Spooky is our seasonal blend for the spooky season, made from three coffees: a washed coffee from Mexico, a washed coffee from Huila, Colombia, and an anaerobic natural coffee from Ethiopia. Earlier versions of this description listed tasting notes of ripe bat wing and stewed newt tails. We cupped it again, and it actually tastes like chocolates, toasted almond, and dried fruits. The mouthfeel is still a little frightening, in a good way. Whole bean, roasted in Charlottesville, and around through Halloween.
