Colombia
Light & Bright Single Origin Gift Set
Roasted by Sightglass Coffee
High elevation Colombian coffee from long-term direct trade partner Wilfredo Ule Vargas.

From the roaster
The coffees in this set share a common thread: they were grown at high elevation, by producers who go well beyond what's expected, and they taste like it. Please note: gift sets are whole bean only with no substitutions.
Colombia, Finca Alcatraz, Wilfredo Ule Vargas has been part of the Sightglass family longer than almost anyone. Over 15 years, Wilfredo has refined his Caturra harvest season after season in Oporapa, Huila — and in a very real sense, we've grown our businesses together. This is what a long-term direct relationship tastes like. Tasting notes: Riesling, Honeycomb, Crème Brûlée
Ethiopia, Hambela, Tagel Alemayehu comes from one of the highest elevations on our entire menu — 2,350 meters above sea level in the Guji region. Sourced from around 130 smallholder farmers, this coffee delivers the kind of crisp, vivid clarity that Hambela is known for. Tasting notes: Raspberry, Honeydew, Key Lime
Mexico, Finca Santa Cruz, Karina Argüello is the work of a third-generation family farm in the mountains of Chiapas. Karina's brother José has won Mexico's Cup of Excellence three times since 2019, and his obsessive attention to fermentation — sometimes 200 hours of controlled processing — makes this one of the most carefully crafted coffees we offer. Tasting notes: Loquat, Sierra Fig, Honeydew
