Best if you:

✔ Like sweet, warming and comforting flavours

✔ Drink filter coffee, flat whites or lattes

Inspired by the warmth and comfort of freshly baked treats, Cinnamon Roll is our latest seasonal blend, made for slow autumn mornings and cosy afternoons.

A carefully crafted blend of coffees from Brazil, Colombia and El Salvador brings together the best of three distinct origins. Creamy, chocolatey notes from Brazil meet the rounded, juicy character of Colombia, while El Salvador brings a warming touch of spice. Together, they create a rich, layered and beautifully balanced coffee.

In the cup, expect warming cinnamon and pecan, layered with smooth milk chocolate sweetness and a touch of apricot for a bright, fruity finish. Comforting and indulgent without being overly sweet, it's an easy-drinking coffee made for the season.

Enjoy it as a filter to explore its layers of sweetness, or as a flat white or latte for an extra smooth and warming brew.

Context

The Cinnamon Roll Coffee, crafted by Volcano Coffee Works, presents a profile defined by its warm, dessert-inspired characteristics. Featuring distinct notes of cinnamon, pecan, milk chocolate, and apricot, this selection highlights the intersection of spice and sweetness often sought in comfort-focused roasts. When evaluating such profiles, enthusiasts often consult the flavor wheel to better categorize the interplay between nutty undertones and bright fruit acidity.

While individual preferences vary, coffees with prominent spice and chocolate notes are frequently enjoyed as morning staples or paired with pastries to accentuate their inherent sweetness. The inclusion of apricot adds a subtle, nuanced layer to the cup, distinguishing it from more traditional, singular-note roasts. By balancing the richness of milk chocolate and pecan with the aromatic lift of cinnamon, this offering provides a complex sensory experience that invites careful exploration of its layered composition.
