Founded in 2010, Elixr Coffee is a Philadelphia specialty roaster committed to sourcing, roasting, brewing, and serving what it describes as the planet's most unique coffees. The roaster specializes in lighter-roasted microlots and seasonal blends, operating multiple café locations across Philadelphia neighborhoods including Center City, Callowhill, West Philly, and 16th & Market, as well as outposts in Nashville, TN, State College, PA, Norwood, PA, and Philadelphia International Airport. Elixr also supplies wholesale coffee throughout the Atlantic Northeast and beyond. The company has earned national recognition, including placements at the United States Barista Championship in 2018 and 2019, multiple US Roasting Championship finalist nods between 2015 and 2019, a first-place finish at the 2017 Coffee Champs Reno Roasters Competition, and a second-place finish at the 2018 Americas Best Espresso in Baltimore.
