MOK Coffee was founded in 2012 by Jens Crabbé, a two-time Belgian Cup Tasters Champion, with its first café opening in Leuven. The roastery operates with a focus on purity, integrity, and quality, sourcing seasonally and maintaining full traceability while building ongoing relationships with the same farmers year after year. MOK roasts on a Probat UG22 with Cropster and operates three café locations in Belgium: the original Leuven bar, a Brussels flagship in a former art gallery, and MOK Studio Brussels, a listening and coffee bar located in the lobby of record label PIAS. The company has received recognition including 16th best coffee shop in the world and 2nd Best Specialty Coffee Roaster in Europe & Middle East by Allegra, as well as best coffee shop in Brussels by European Coffee Trip. MOK also supplies independent cafés, restaurants, and online customers worldwide, and is home to the 2024 Belgian Cup Tasters Champion and the 2025 Belgian Brewers Cup Champion.
