Olympia Coffee Roasting
Olympia Coffee Roasting Company is an independent, small-batch coffee roaster founded in 2005 in Olympia, Washington, built around direct trade partnerships and a mission to improve quality of life for farmers, staff, and community.
Founded in 2005 in an unmarked downtown Olympia warehouse, Olympia Coffee Roasting Company began as a wholesale roaster and has grown into a Pacific Northwest institution. Its coffees reach cafés, bakeries, restaurants, hotels, and grocery stores throughout the Pacific Northwest, across the United States, and to select international partners. Olympia Coffee also operates seven cafés and Moonrise Bakery across Olympia, Tacoma, and Seattle. The company's stated mission is to improve the quality of life for its farmers, staff, and community through exceptional coffee and genuine service.
