Sey Coffee
Bushwick roaster known for ultra-clean light roasting and a striking minimalist aesthetic.

Sey Coffee opened in Brooklyn's Bushwick neighbourhood in 2016 and quickly became one of New York's most admired modern roasters, known for extremely clean, delicate light roasting and a luminous, minimalist café and brand design. Sey emphasises transparency and seeks out distinctive, high-scoring lots, presenting them with detailed sourcing information.
