Produit sur les versants du volcan de Agua, Hunapu est cultivé par différents petits producteurs de la micro-région de Dueñas à Antigua. De variétés Bourbon et Caturra, ce café est lavé au sein de la station Bellavista, située au pied du volcan et appartenant à la famille Zelaya depuis 4 générations. L’objectif de Luis Pedro et des siens : proposer des cafés de qualité, tout en soutenant les modes de production durables. La baisse de 35% de la consommation d’eau au sein de la station est un exemple de l’investissement des Zelaya pour obtenir de délicieux cafés, dans le respect des hommes et de l’environnement.
