Bows & Arrows Coffee

Context

Bella Aurora comes from Luis Joaquin Lovo's coffee farm in Dipilto, Nueva Segovias, a celebrated growing region in Nicaragua. This lot blends Caturra and Borbón varietals cultivated at 1,600 meters, a substantial elevation that typically supports complex flavor development. Bows & Arrows Coffee highlights warm, comforting notes of apple butter, graham cracker, and honey—a profile that suggests both fruit-forward character and the sweet, caramelized notes often associated with these Central American varietals.
