Bows & Arrows Coffee

Bows Coffee Roasters is a small, family-and-friend-operated business located at 483 Garbally Road in Victoria, British Columbia. Describing themselves as a collection of stray coffee professionals, the team is motivated by a desire to do right by the producers who make their work possible, to share exemplary coffees with customers and partners, and to engage ethically within an industry they openly acknowledge is largely unsustainable—even within the specialty coffee niche. The roaster maintains direct relationships with named producers, including Ader Recinos, Adolfo Agustín García, Alex Reynoso, Irma Pacheco, and The Perez Family, among others from regions in Guatemala. Beyond coffee, Bows also offers chocolate, equipment, supplies, and books, and operates a retail location called Torch Song. The company frames its mission around proving that more equitable and conscientious coffee trade practices are genuinely achievable.
