SINGLE ORIGIN COFFEE
Country: Honduras
Farmer: Carlos Ramos
Region: El Cielito, Santa Bárbara
Mill/Washing Station: Beneficio San Vicente
Varietals: Pacas
Elevation: 1650 m
Tasting Notes: snickerdoodle, marzipan, maple candies
Carlos Ramos' coffees have been on our menu since 2011. Always clean and well processed, always sweet. His harvest volume has grown markedly in that time from less than ten bags exportable green to over 70 this year. This is a testament to the program instituted by Benjamin Paz and crew at Beneficio San Vicente.
Carlos works very hard to replicate consistently good coffees year in year out. We're pleased to feature this lot of pacas at filter for now.
