Bows & Arrows Coffee

Context

This washed Borbón varietal from Yonal & Violeta Fernandez in Colasay, Jaén showcases the bright, clean character typical of washed-process coffees. Grown at 1800 meters in Peru's northern highlands, the lot balances delicate stone-fruit notes—honeydew and red grapes—with subtle pastry-like sweetness reminiscent of cannoli. Borbón, a heritage varietal with roots in Colombia's coffee tradition, often expresses refined acidity and complexity when cultivated at elevation. Bows & Arrows Coffee brings this producer lot to specialty consumers seeking coffees with distinct regional character and traceable origins.
