As we have done in San Ignacio with the Padilla family we are investing in the Fernandez family farms to commit stable volume and have a dependable buyer year in year out. Yonal & Violeta are next up with this lot of 100% bourbon. Sweet and clean, nice acidity - red grapes, honeydew, cannoli. This is beautiful, subtle, washed (process) coffee.
