Carlos Ramos' coffees have been on our menu since 2011. Always clean and well processed, always sweet. His harvest volume has grown markedly in that time from less than ten bags exportable green to over 70 this year. This is a testament to the program instituted by Benjamin Paz and crew at Beneficio San Vicente.

Carlos works very hard to replicate consistently good coffees year in year out. We're pleased to feature this lot of pacas at filter for now.

Bows & Arrows Coffee

Context

This Honduras microlot from Bows & Arrows Coffee showcases the Pacas varietal, a compact, high-yielding cultivar known for crisp acidity and balanced sweetness. Grown by producer Carlos Ramos in El Cielito at 1650 masl within Santa Bárbara's coffee region, the lot presents warm, dessert-forward aromatics: snickerdoodle spice, marzipan nuttiness, and maple candy sweetness. These confectionery notes are characteristic of coffees expressing the Pacas varietal's inherent body and subtle complexity. As a wholesale offering, this lot delivers consistent, approachable flavor suited to filter and espresso applications alike.
