This is another pretty coffee with soft acidity, buttery, light bodied cups and notes of green grapes and macadamia. Filter only.

Bows & Arrows Coffee

Context

This wholesale espresso from Bows & Arrows Coffee showcases Merci Fernandez's Borbón varietal grown in Peru's Colasay region of Jaén. The roaster identifies green grape and macadamia notes balanced by a buttery cream character—a profile that suggests both brightness and textural softness in the cup. Borbón, a traditional varietal prized for its balanced complexity, performs particularly well at the coffee's elevation of 1,900 masl, where growing conditions favor nuanced fruit development and sweetness.

Sourced directly from producer Merci Fernandez, this lot represents the kind of traceable, single-origin offering increasingly central to specialty wholesale programs. The flavor combination—fruit, nut, and dairy elements—positions this as a versatile espresso base suitable for both straight shots and milk-based applications.
