Brew Good, Do Good” isn’t just a motto, it’s our mission. This Tuesday, May 3, on National Foster Care Day, we will launch a special coffee in honor of A Door of Hope. It will be available in cafes throughout May, and year-around at our e-commerce store. A portion of proceeds from every purchase will go to this wonderful non-profit that helps license foster parents and find homes for the many children in crisis right here in Tampa. The coffee is grown in Honduras, and has tasting notes of walnut, chocolate and HOPE! Brew Good and Do Good with us by supporting A Door of Hope.

Context
Buddy Brew Coffee's A Door of Hope Roast brings together Honduran beans with a roast profile emphasizing warmth and richness. The roaster identifies walnut and chocolate as the coffee's defining characteristics—a combination that suggests a fuller body and deeper, earthier sweetness typical of thoughtfully developed roasts. Honduras, particularly the Marcalá region, has established itself as a source of balanced, chocolatey coffees that reward medium to full roast approaches.
This roast appears designed to highlight those inherent qualities rather than highlight delicate origin nuances. For those seeking a comforting cup with pronounced nutty and cocoa notes, this offering from Buddy Brew Coffee delivers accessible, straightforward character.
