Origins
Minas Gerais, Brazil
Taste Notes
Chocolate, Sweet, Citrus
Brewing
Our capsules contain freshly roasted, specialty-grade decaf coffee and are ground intentionally for a longer extraction time to achieve the best possible flavour profile. As a general rule, we recommend aiming for 25g -30g for a short coffee and around 60g - 80g for a long coffee, although everyone's taste is different and we recommend developing a recipe that suits you.
Sustainability
30,000 aluminium and plastic capsules go into landfill every minute, regardless of their recycling credentials. Our pods are plastic-free, plant-based and home compostable to minimise their environmental impact regardless of how they are disposed of. Our capsules can be placed in your food waste collection where they will be processed into compost or liquid fertiliser depending on the facilities used by your local council. Alternatively, you can place your pods in your home compost heap with a slightly longer breakdown time.
Compatibility
Our Capsules are compatible with all Original Nespresso machines.
