When we created this roast profile we wanted to capture the valuable qualities of a dark roast: sugar caramelization and robust roast flavors, without losing the inherent qualities found in the coffee: body, sweetness, chocolate/fruit flavors. We achieve this by choosing the right green coffee and roasting it to a very precise roast level that's not too dark and not too light.

Sourced from the Dipilto region of Nicaragua, Lavishly Bold is a single-origin offering from Giv Coffee. This lot features the Caturra varietal, a plant widely recognized for its adaptability and consistent cup quality. By utilizing a fully washed processing method, the producers have emphasized the inherent structure of the bean, resulting in a profile defined by intense aromas and deep, caramelized sugars.
