Many have asked for a coffee they can take on the road, brew quick by just adding water, enjoy on the go. The day has come: Kuma instant coffee! We partnered with one of our favorite Honduran producers, Gerardo Trejo, and worked with our friends at Swift Coffee to transform it into soluble coffee crystals.

Instant coffee ready to go with you on your bike trip, take camping, take on a flight or to the inlaws, this one is ready for you in any conditions. 

 

Brew it with 10oz of liquid any way you like: hot water, cold water, milk (my favorite), it dissolves into a delicious quick beverage.

The combination of dark chocolate with medjool dates and honey crisp apple suggests a coffee with both weight and brightness—the apple note cutting through the deeper chocolate and stone-fruit base. Washed processing typically emphasizes clean, defined flavors, and this lot exemplifies that clarity within a fuller-bodied frame.

Sourced from Santa Barbara at 1500–1850 masl, this Kuma Coffee offering reflects conditions favorable for balanced development in Pacas, a varietal known for approachable complexity. The flavor profile invites exploration of how chocolate, dried fruit, and apple aromatics interact—useful reference points for understanding this producer and terroir combination.
