Context

The Brazil - Isidro Pereira represents the meticulous work of the Pereira family in the renowned Carmo de Minas region. Brazilian coffees are frequently celebrated for their approachable, comforting profiles, often serving as the benchmark for classic nutty and chocolatey sweetness. While many coffees from this origin are processed to highlight a clean, balanced cup, the specific character of this lot leans into a sophisticated interplay of hazelnut, almond, and cocoa, rounded out by a delicate poached pear finish.

When exploring such profiles, it is helpful to reference the flavor wheel to better identify the nuances between nut-toned sugars and orchard fruit acidity. This selection showcases the consistency and quality that the Pereira family brings to their harvest, offering a refined experience that highlights the traditional strengths of the region while providing a subtle, fruit-forward complexity that distinguishes it within the broader landscape of Brazilian coffee production.
