2026 Miguel Dota - Ecuador

This is our second release from Miguel Dota, continuing our project in the Saraguro region of Ecuador. Grown in a small Sidra garden on a sub-1-hectare (~2.5-acre) farm, this lot is an exciting representation of the quality we now know can be found in this area. In the cup we find rose hips, hops, and ripe strawberries.

This lot features the Sidra varietal, a cultivar often celebrated for its complex, layered profile that bridges the gap between traditional Bourbon-like sweetness and the vibrant acidity found in Ethiopian heirlooms. Roasted by Sey Coffee, this selection highlights a distinct aromatic and flavor profile characterized by rose hips, hops, and ripe strawberries.
