This remarkable coffee comes from fourth-generation producer Jorge Rajas, working just three hectares in the hills of Planadas, Tolima. At La Roca Estate, Jorge is part of a new wave of Colombian producers—honoring tradition while pushing quality forward through thoughtful, experimental processing.

This lot is a Natural-processed Red Bourbon, showcasing both the richness of the varietal and Jorge’s precision in fermentation and drying. Known for his meticulous approach—from extended fermentation protocols to carefully controlled drying—Jorge consistently produces coffees with standout clarity and structure, earning recognition in Cup of Excellence® competitions.
