From the roaster

This lot features the Bourbon varietal, a plant historically prized for its balanced sweetness and complex cup profile. As a staple of the region, Bourbon often provides a reliable foundation for espresso, offering a structured acidity that pairs well with the dense, sugar-browning characteristics typical of the roast.

While individual experiences may vary, these descriptors align with the rich, nutty, and fruit-forward profiles often sought in high-quality Guatemalan espresso.
