Bonanza Blend
Roasted by Bonanza Coffee Roasters
This easy-drinking blend combines Brazilian coffee with Peruvian beans to create a cup with chocolate sweetness and forest fruit character.

From the roaster
We are always looking to improve our Blend with each season, with more sustainable and traceable components. The latest version of our blend is an in-house favorite. Our new relationship with Tulio Mambrini in Brazil gives us a coffee with delicious, chocolate-like sweetness and a bold, creamy body. This is balanced out with a new coffee from Cajamarca, Peru, offering deep forest fruit character. The result is our most easy-drinking iteration yet, offering notes of Dark Chocolate, Biscuit and Dark Cherry.

Context
The Bonanza Blend, crafted by Bonanza Coffee Roasters, represents a deliberate approach to balancing depth and sweetness in the cup. Sourced from producer Tulio Mambrini, this selection highlights a classic profile defined by notes of dark chocolate, biscuit, and dark cherry. While individual preferences vary, these flavor descriptors often align with the richer, more comforting segments of the flavor wheel, which categorizes the diverse sensory experiences found in specialty coffee.
Blends are frequently designed to provide a consistent and reliable experience, often pairing the structural body of one origin with the nuanced sweetness of another. By focusing on these specific tasting notes, the roaster aims to create a harmonious cup that bridges the gap between indulgent, cocoa-forward profiles and the subtle, fruit-toned acidity of dark cherry. This combination makes the Bonanza Blend a versatile choice for those who appreciate a structured, well-rounded coffee experience.
