From the roaster
This sweet, structured coffee comes from the farm of Elcias Rodriguez, in the Huila growing region of Colombia. When brewed, this cup reminds us of milk chocolate covered raisins, making this one of our favorite every-day coffees. It's got lots of red grape sweetness, with just a hint of acidity, balanced with creamy chocolate undertones. This is a versatile, pleasing cup, and we love it in a French press, drip, or as espresso.
