Coffee Details

This marks an exciting milestone—our first partnership with producer Teodosa Moreno. Her farm, "La Cañera," sits nestled in the Santa Barbara region of southwestern Honduras, outside of the village of Los Andes. Working alongside her husband Otilio, Teodosa manages a small wet mill where they carefully process their harvest. Their method involves depulping cherries, then allowing the wet parchment to ferment for up to a day in its natural state. Multiple rinses follow to eliminate residual fruit, after which the beans move to an indoor drying patio for approximately 10 days. We're proud to bring you this special coffee crafted with such dedication and care.
