Unicorn Pony brings together Ethiopian and Colombian coffees in a medium light anniversary blend that’s bright, fruit filled, and comfortably sweet. Washed and dry processing meet a little Koji Mossto thermal shock fermentation, layering grape, strawberry, and black cherry with a spark of lemon and a creamy finish of caramel and maple syrup.
