Inspired by the Discovery genre, TRIO showcases some of our favourite boutique flavour notes from producers around the world, against the backdrop of a clean and balanced house espresso.

TRIO is curated for consistency, so you get a spectacular coffee, no matter the season. Our current blend consists of:

  • Recreio, Brazil — 35%;

  • Mount Sunzu Washed, Zambia — 35%;

  • Mchana AB Washed, Kenya – 30%
