Bear Hug is syrupy with Chocolaty and Caramelly notes.

Bear Hug wants to wrap its burly arms around your palette and hold on for a big, long squeeeeeeze. Our plump bear is a sweet beast who spends most days sauntering through the woodland’s berry buffet line. This blend is developed for espresso, but also makes a deep cup of coffee full of delicious chocolate. Some days you just need a hug.

At our shops, we have 20 gram portafilter baskets and generally use around 18-19.5 grams of ground Bear Hug. We're usually pulling shots to 35-50 grams of liquid espresso. Our shots pull around 28-36 seconds. There can be some differences in these parameters depending on a few things: water hardness, water pressure, and brew temperature. These parameters might also change slightly from day to day, so it's important to taste and adjust often.
