Staying true to our roots, this blend is bright and glows with sweetness. The body of this blend is like syrup and the candy-coated finish lingers like a Minnesota goodbye. We're working hard on our end to create something crazy delicious, and now it's in your hands—a bit of patience and some effort will make this coffee explode with flavor and complexity. This blend is developed for espresso, but also makes a sweet cup of coffee full of punchy citrus. Enjoy!

 At our shops, we have 20 gram portafilter baskets and generally use around 18-19 grams of ground Neon. We're usually pulling shots to 35-50 grams of liquid espresso. Our shots pull around 27-36 seconds. There can be some differences in these parameters depending on a few things: water hardness, water pressure, and brew temperature. These parameters might also change slightly from day to day, so it's important to taste and adjust often.

Neon Espresso, crafted by Dogwood Coffee, represents a focused approach to the classic washed processing method. By removing the fruit flesh from the coffee cherry before drying, producers allow the inherent characteristics of the bean to take center stage, often resulting in a cleaner, more refined cup profile.
