As hard as it is to let go of summer in Chicago, the welcoming of Fall sets in quickly. Trading in neighborhood festival season and nights that quickly greet the dawn, for the return of sweater weather and Nick Drake in the headphones.

This year, we utilize a blend of Caturra and Bourbon varieties from the Vides family, who for the past six years have brought to our menu beautiful coffee lots from their farm, Finca La Bolsa, nestled between mountainous canyons in Guatemala.

So to help welcome the cool nights and kaleidoscopic foliage, we’d like to offer Crimson, as one of our favorite seasonal offerings. Deep in richness and flavor, our intent is to match the magic in the air, with a clean and concise medium profile, daily drinker that balances crisp apple highlights with a warming, butterscotch finish.
