Context

From Guatemala's Palencia region, this Pacamara from producer Guadalupe Alberto 'Beto' Reyes and family showcases the expressive character typical of natural-processed coffees. Grown at 1600–1800 meters in the Antigua-adjacent highlands, the beans develop concentrated sweetness and fruit-forward notes—caramel, raspberry jam, plum, and vanilla according to Ozone Coffee NZ. The Pacamara varietal, a hybrid known for bold flavor potential, pairs well with natural processing to amplify these jammy, dessert-like characteristics. This lot represents the family's commitment to quality production in one of Guatemala's most distinctive growing zones.
