Daily Driver is one of our rotating seasonal blends built around balance and drinkability. It works beautifully as a standalone espresso while still having the body and structure to shine in milk-based drinks. Its versatility also makes it suitable for any brew method,  from batch brew to pour over.

As a seasonal offering, Daily Driver evolves with fresh crop coffees throughout the year. While the origins may change, the profile stays consistent.

The current Daily Driver is a blend of:

A natural processed coffee from the village of Bombe in Sidama, Ethiopia, produced by approximately 375 smallholder farmers delivering to the Testi Ayla Washing Station. This coffee contributes vibrant aromatics, refined sweetness, and gentle brightness, adding clarity to the cup.

A natural processed coffee from Serra Negra in Minas Gerais, Brazil. This component provides the foundation of the blend, bringing comforting nutty notes, a smooth heavy body, and a rounded chocolate-like depth that supports both espresso and milk drinks.

The Daily Driver seasonal blend from Pallet Coffee Roasters brings together beans from Brazil and Ethiopia, utilizing a natural process to develop the final cup profile. In natural-processed coffees, the coffee cherry is dried with the fruit intact, a method often associated with increased body and sweetness compared to washed counterparts. This specific blend is crafted to highlight nutty notes and a distinct chocolate-like depth, offering a grounded, approachable experience for daily brewing.
