Enjoy a taste of British summertime with our seasonal blend, inspired by the classic Raspberry Ripple ice cream.
This unique composition combines a blend produced in Risaralda with a red-fruit co-ferment from Quindío, balancing intensity with sweet, juicy freshness that’s perfect for the season.
The signature berry flavour comes from the co ferment component. Producer Jairo Arcila at Santa Mónica farm uses a unique coffee fermentation process, where ripe red fruits and wine yeast are added in during the 72-hour fermentation stage. The coffee cherries are then pulped and dried on raised beds alongside fresh red fruits.
The result is a perfect balance of body and sweetness. You’ll taste bright raspberry and strawberry notes balanced with delicate vanilla sweetness.
Delicious hot or iced but try it as an affogato for the perfect summer dessert.
We recommend pairing with: A scoop of vanilla ice cream
